Orders

  1. I made a mistake with my order. How do I fix or cancel it? 

If you need to modify an order after it has been placed please contact our friendly Customer Service team as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate you. We do process orders quickly and efficiently in order to ensure timely delivery, so we cannot guarantee that changes can be made.

  2. What happens if my item is damaged or my order was            not received? 

If there are any problems with your order please contact our friendly Customer Service team via phone, or email as soon as possible so we can investigate what happened.

Returns 

  3. What is your return policy? 

Credit consideration will only be given to products that were purchased within two months of the invoice date, with the exception of cosmetics, food and confectionery, which will only be considered within one month. Products are not to be taken out of stock to be used as samples.

All testers must be requested and pre-authorized by the office.
